Evaluations for Organizations and Programs

Program evaluations are vital for the sustenance and growth of organizations, programs, and practice. Evaluations are used to determine impact, benefits and costs, to inform organizational processes, policies, and procedures, and to obtain funding. We provide evaluation services for program planning, development, and implementation, and to assess impact. We conduct three main types of evaluations:

1. Needs assessment is used to identify needs and gaps in services prior to implementation.
2. Process evaluations are used to strengthen current services by examining program design and implementation procedures.
3. Outcome evaluations are goal-oriented and used to measure the effects of a service on the target population.

Our approach includes fostering relationships and involvement with stakeholders, conducting a program review via a logic model, developing the evaluation plan and design, executing the evaluation, and developing a final evaluation report.
