MSW, PhD, LCSW
Dr. Mich serves children, adults, and families exposed to childhood trauma and other forms of trauma-related stress. She is a mother, wife, teacher, mentor, author, researcher, and advocate who is passionate about promoting wellness as an everyday lifestyle. She utilizes client-centered, culturally responsive, expressive arts, strength-based, and mind-body-spirit connection when helping clients to heal and grow. She is a Registered Play Therapist, Certified Grief Counselor, EMDR trained, and TF-CBT certified.
MS, LPC
Mr. Smith has over 40 years of experience in the beauty business but now serves as a mental health therapist and ordained Christian minister. His experience in the beauty business fuels his passion in addressing issues related to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and intimate partner violence in women. He is a father, husband, human and civil rights activist, and community engagement leader bridging the gap between faith, community, and mental health. He utilizes holistic mental health approaches that promote wellness through a healthy synergy of the mind, body and soul. He serves his clients using a person-centered, strengths-based, systems perspective, and expressive arts techniques.
MA, BCBA
Wendy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), dedicated to supporting educators, students, and families in implementing effective behavioral strategies through a whole person and trauma informed approach of behavior analysis. She brings extensive experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing and coaching school staff and families on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and using Hanley’s Skill-Based Treatment (SBT). She specializes in bug-in-ear coaching – a remote supervision model that allows for real-time, distance-based support so that rural and underserved populations can receive the access they need.

Nieara is passionate about supporting clients to build confidence, communication, and independence. She has experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. She believes in the power of self-expression and strives to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Nieara uses evidence-based behavioral strategies while bringing creativity and warmth into every session. She is committed to meeting each client where they are and celebrating every step of progress.

Brandon has extensive experience working with children, youth, and families experiencing crisis. He provides clinical services using a trauma-informed and intersectionality lens. He is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is passionate about using nature, implementing protective factors, and creating a lifestyle that promotes mental wellness. He is currently a doctoral student in Social Work at the University of Illinois Chicago where his research focuses on protective factors through recreation and green space access to support the mental health of children and youth.

Leah is an art therapist, clinician, and doctoral student in Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health at Saybrook University. Her clinical work centers on resilience, identity reconstruction, grief, self-worth, and life transitions, drawing from expressive arts, existential–humanistic perspectives, narrative approaches, and spiritually integrated practice. Leah’s clinical approach honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and invites participants to engage creativity as a pathway to clarity, resilience, and renewed connection with their stories.
